After graduating from William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Illinois, Dr. Kelly Heppert completed a three year medical and surgical residency at Botsford Hospital in Michigan. She enjoys taking a personalized approach to treating all aspects of foot and ankle problems. She has had thorough training in foot and ankle surgery, but finds special enjoyment in sports medicine, foot & ankle trauma, and diabetic wound care.
She has participated in medical missions to Honduras. The most recent trip was focused on surgical treatment of clubfoot and other complex deformities. She has also been happy to be a foster parent and enjoyed volunteering at an animal shelter.
In her spare time, Dr. Heppert likes to be in the outdoors with her husband and two kids. When soccer mom duties are light, her weekends are filled with hiking, bicycling, and watching football.
